Sep 21 – No work to day, not very well. Went over to burg just at night, bot broom. Went down to A Browns in Evening, attended a circle. Rained in night. Mr Hudleston Shot this afternoon.
Sep 22 – Not very well. Ethan came up after Hannah. Went down to A. Browns in Evening to attend a circle. Mrs Plank went. Rainy night.

Sep 24 – Went down to Skinners, got some peaches. Mr Wadsworth left. Ethan came up after Sarah, Toots baby sick. Hank Brown and Farland called here, was here to tea. Rainy afternoon. Farland went to see Jim Hoag. Hank, Nancy, Ida and Farland went to W. Judsons.
Sep 25 – Will Plank left for Grand Rapids. Worked on vice some. Very windy. Sarah Turner and Georgie came here. Cow went to Bull. Lucys baby died fifteen minutes to seven.

Sep 27 – Went down to Catharines. Lucys baby buried. Carried Sarah Turner down to Mr Davis. Had A. Browns buggy and our horse.
Sep 28 – Carried Sarah down to A Browns. Cut weeds in west garden, cut popcorn, dug a few potatoes. Went down to A Browns after Sarah. Rained some, rainy night, very windy.
Sep 29 – Rainy day, cold wind. Ethan brot Nancy and Hannah home. Very rainy.
