Cousin Frank
I have sold my Bryant & Stratten text book which is at your house to Frank Kelsey of Le Roy. Will you please take it or send it to him the first opportunity. I am with Mr Sibley yet his boy was taken sick and had to go home. I am staying in his place at present. I do not know when I shall be able to get over to your place but will as soon as convenient.
Mr Smeads folks were at Le Roy at the Convention. They report a grand time. They did not see any of your folks there. Please send the book to Kelsey as soon as you can and oblige.
H L Keith

In order to keep the letters chronological in the https://lettersfromthe1860s.wordpress.com/ blog post, it was given a posting date of 03-11-2018 even though it wasn’t until September of 2021 that I received the letters from Leigh
